hey, it's me

There wasn't a day growing up where you wouldn't find me outside or with a soccer ball near my feet. With two extremely active parents, exercise was simply a way of life. Although I have to admit, trying to convince my friends to be "clients" for my workout videos in the fourth grade did not up my "coolness factor." 

Fast forward to now, and not much has changed. Most days you'll find me trying new workouts at the local gym, or in my living room while my son is napping, playing with our new baby, CJ (he’s so cute), hanging out with Jon (my hot physical therapist husband), or spoiling our fur babies, Nala and Beau. 

Over the last 10 years, my passion for working out and fueling my body with real food led me to my degree in Exercise Science, my ACSM-CPT Personal Trainer Certification and my TRX Suspension Training Certification.

Don't get me wrong though. I'm just a regular mom who is learning the balance of finding time for herself to stay healthy and raising my sweet boy.
And I'm here to tell you: Being in shape with a crazy lifestyle is possible.

I want to help you transform your entire way of thinking. I want to show you that you don't have to starve yourself, ditch all the carbs or wave goodbye to date nights and drinks with friends.

I want you to understand (and more importantly feel) the way your life can change by fueling your body with a balanced nutrition plan, and adding a little sweat session to each of your days.  

I want to do this because I know that your entire life will change.

Everything you feel you are good at, you can be better. Everything you enjoy about life right now, you can enjoy ten times more.

I have never had one client look at me and say, "My life was happier before."

And I'm here to tell you: Everything I've done, you can do it too.
