I've designed the SmoBABY program to help new moms feel amazing, by giving them the confidence to love
 themselves and their families wholeheartedly. The smoBABY Postpartum Recovery Program is a custom program that has everything you need to ease back into your fitness and health journey. The smoBABY program will help you develop strength in the muscles that were used during pregnancy and childbirth. 

Through this 7 week recovery program, you'll learn how to fuel your body effectively so you can gain that "super-mom" energy you've been looking for. These low-impact workouts have been put together to create a time-efficient workout schedule that gives you all the time to love on yourself, as well as your family.

Everyone told me, “Oh you’re breast feeding? The weight will fall off.” However, this was not the case for me. I actually gained weight! Post partum within it’s self was difficult and adding weight gain to the scenario really made me feel down and depressed. That’s when I decided to join the Smobaby program and I am so glad I did. I lost 10 pounds, I am stronger, have more energy and confidence. I have always struggled with my weight. I have tried numerous “diets” before but I wanted something realistic that I could stick with. Smobaby helped me shift my way of thinking about exercise and nutrition. I think of this program not as a diet, but as a lifestyle change. I am looking forward to continuing this journey and would highly recommend this program to anyone.

I have loved this program and plan to do another round of SmoBaby. It’s been very helpful getting my body back after having my second baby. I didn’t work out as much as I wanted to, but I am still finding how to balance working out and taking care of children. I’ve loved learning more about nutrition. I’ve had a very restrictive diet due to my son and Valerie has been so helpful in giving different options. I can’t wait to continue working with her and watching my body change and get stronger.

I have tried a lot of workouts and a lot of programs, but this is the first one that I felt targeted every muscle group. With the smoBABY program, I was SO ready to get back into working out after having my first daughter and this program taught me the slow and right way of how to build back my core before I damaged any of my muscle groups. It wasn’t just about losing the weight, it was more about being smart with nutrition and gaining the knowledge I needed to get my body back to where it needed to be. I’m still a work in progress, but feel I have come a long way since having a baby. The accountability is great, especially from Val. She will do everything in her power to encourage you, motivate you and help you reach your goals. She’s realistic and she believes in each of her clients.
